In Stamford, the Mayor’s Youth Services Bureau has programs that teach life skills and leadership skills and build self-confidence in the city’s youth.
The Juvenile Review Board aims to divert youth from the Juvenile Justice System by working with them within the community, and the Girls Empowerment Movement in Stamford works with girls to promote leadership and social change.
